On May 18, 2019, I had an amazing experience while walking my dog. First, let me share the events leading up to it.

The day before I was in my living room taking pictures of birds outside my window, when I overheard my neighbor having a conversation with his grandson whom I believe to be around 11 or 12 years old. I heard the grandson clearly say the words "podcast" and "aliens," to which his grandfather replied, "You should watch an episode of Ancient Aliens, and I totally believe in UFOs!" 

I have met the grandfather a few times, but no one in my neighborhood knows anything about me. I was literally beaming inside to hear the curiosity of this young man, and it took everything I had to keep me from marching across the street and opening a dialogue with them. 

I decided that day I would wear my UFO Magazine hat while walking my dog, in the hopes that they might see me—an ice breaker of sorts. When my dog stopped to sniff around someone's lawn at the halfway point of my walk, I casually looked up at the crystal blue sky and saw a UFO! It was a white orb that would flash and appear metallic, then changed shape into a boomerang. 

I dropped the leash and stomped on it with my foot, grabbed my phone out of my pocket and tried to take a video—but it was difficult to focus on the sky with nothing on it. Fortunately I was able to capture some pretty good videos of the object, and was able to record it as it moved slowly across the sky before coming to a complete stop for about five minutes. It disappeared shortly thereafter.

When I reviewed the footage (which I also did in slow motion), I could clearly see other objects darting across the sky. It almost looked as if the sky was “sparkling,” and I felt very strongly that they were saying, “Hello!” I am just blown away at the synchronicity of this sighting (whilst wearing my UFO hat). It was incredible!

In the second video, the other objects begin to appear at the 11 second time count from the upper left hand side of the frame traveling towards the middle of the right. The others then appear on the upper right corner and come down to the bottom left.

Bret Oldham / interview

Fellow researcher Grant Cameron recently contacted me and suggested I connect with Bret as he thought there were some pretty incredible similarities in our experiences with otherworldly beings.

Bret has been researching and investigating the paranormal since his teen years. Based out of Las Vegas, he and his wife Gina's research encompasses many avenues of the paranormal including spirit entities, UFOs and cryptozoology.

Bret has written two books, Children Of The Grays, a personal account of his lifelong alien abduction experiences, and Ghost Stories Of Las Vegas.



During the interview, both Bret and Suzanne describe meeting a very similar being. Suzanne refers to this tall being as The Emperor. Note that each drawing, done separately well before they ever talked together, shows an amulet thingy on his robe-like garment. Also, both drawings show a brow bone, or furrow, on the head of the being.

As the term experiencer is quite broad and includes all things paranormal, I was interested to hear his thoughts on extraterrestrial contact, and if he felt the experience was evolving.

Grant Cameron / audio interview

In the beginning of 2013 while doing research for my book I came across a woman named Miriam Delicado upon reading a beautiful note she had posted that really hit me where I lived- so much so that I chose it as my mantra. Although I feel this message was pertinent to a specific time period it is quite powerful, thoughtful and worthy of sharing.

There has been a real shift in the past few weeks, and many of you might have felt something moving inside of you, or shifting spiritually. What I’m picking up on, and the messages that are coming are that we are moving from a time of choice, to a time of transition and change. I know for quite a while I’ve expressed to many of you this concept, that we’re all in this time of choice. And whatever choices we make at where we’ve been for the last couple of years is really going to lead us to where we’re going in the future. There’s a tiny bit of crossover period between the choice, the time of choice, and the transition. That’s sort of where we’re at- we’re at the beginning section of going into the transition. What that actually means is that for example, if there are individuals out there who are really focused on nothing more than the material world, they’re probably going to be staying in that material world. If there are people who have been focusing on themselves spiritually, it means that they’re opening themselves up to the spiritual recognition within, and with their connection to the universe, this planet, and to humanity.

So, these connections are going to become stronger, and stronger and stronger each week and each month that we progress into the time of transition, and this time of change. It also means that those individuals who have good hearts, we’re really going to be able to see who these people are. And the people who have slightly different agendas out there who are not a benefit for humanity, or the earth- that’s also going to be seen. So when you’re looking around at your friends, your co-workers, or people in general, you may be able to pick up more clearly now more than ever before as we move into this time of transition, about who they are deep within themselves, and what it is they choose to have in their lives.

If people are deceitful, that’s going to be seen by everyone. If they’re of good heart, and they’re true, that’s going to be seen by everyone. This is a process that we've been building up to, and many of you have been seeing this over the last few years, but this is turning into and even higher step in the transitional phase that we’re going into. So just be aware of that, to hold on, because there may be a lot of overwhelming emotions that come with this. There also could be overwhelming understandings and concepts that all of a sudden you have awareness of that you didn't have before, and there could also be upsets, where maybe you’re in a relationship that has been difficult because your partner has been on a more materialistic path, and you’ve been on a spiritual path. It’s going to become even clearer now, and it could be that what you need to in order to work with that relationship, those answers on how to retain the relationship may also become clearer for you.

So it’s an encouragement that we’re moving into this time of transition, and with each day, and each week, and each month, these things are going to become more and more intense. Part of the reason for this, which has been discussed in the past is where we are in the cycle of the universe, and where we’re sitting in relation to that universal energy. So as a result we are also seeing many different changes on the planet as well. Remember that it is up to us within ourselves to hold the balance of energy. And I know for myself this is not always possible. It is really difficult to hold a centered place of balance in this world, being in such chaos, and flux. However, whatever it is that we have inside of us has the ability to change the situation around us, in our immediate vicinity, and it can also move into the earth, and into the universe.

So, this is part of the collective consciousness. Now, collective consciousness works on many different levels, and the collective consciousness that I am currently talking about, is the consciousness of the threat of thinking, that happens in this world between human to human all over the planet, and what the thinking on the people of the planet actually is. There has been a great movement, spiritually from many walks of life, in many different religions and belief systems that are really coming to an understanding, that we’re connected, and we’re not really working against each other, that we all have that thread that says that we are all divine beings, and that that is what we are doing on the planet as divine beings.

So this is just a little note that I wanted to put out there to all of you, to let you know that I’ve had very clear, perceptive intuition and messages that we’re moving into this time, and just to prepare yourselves. If you don’t meditate all the time, start thinking about doing that also. I myself have stepped up my meditations, and really connecting with that energy so that it can flow through you more freely. When we’re not connected with that energy is when blocks will come up in our lives. So think about those blocks, and where they are in your life in relation to this energy, and really accept that because we’re working with the time of change, our thoughts are going to have quicker reaction time for seeing those results coming back to us.

So stay positive, no matter what the situation, and remember that everything is always in a state of change. So even if you’re having difficulties in one or more areas of your life, and if you see and you’re looking out at the world at all of these devastating events that are happening, from man-made events to earth changes, remember to keep yourself balanced in that energy. Go into a meditation, sit down and pray. Think about calming thoughts, connecting with the earth, connecting with whatever belief system you have, and remember to be gentle with the people around you because they are experiencing the exact same thing you are but might not be as good as you to verbalize it.

Suzanne's presentation at this year's Experiencers Speak conference

A conversation with Peter Robbins

I recently had the pleasure of being a presenter at this year's Experiencers Speak 2 conference in Portland, Maine where I was fortunate enough to spend some time with Peter Robbins.  As I was most familiar with his book "Left at East Gate: A First-Hand Account of the Rendlesham Forest UFO Incident" which he co-authored with Larry Warren, I was not aware that he was also an accomplished painter, was passionate about and had done extensive research on Wilhelm Reich and Orgone Energy, and had a sister who was a well known punk rocker in the Big Apple back in the day with whom he shared a UFO sighting that ultimately changed his life as he knew it.

Random thoughts on family ties to JPL in the 1960's

In the 1960’s my father was employed by JPL, otherwise known as the Jet Propulsion Laboratories in Pasadena, California as an engineer. A native Californian, he graduated from Pasadena City College (where he met my mother), and magna cum laude from UCLA . My mother was quite young when they first met, graduating from high school at 16 and enrolling in college at 17. They married on June 3, 1961 when she was 19, and I was born the following year.

He was a good father, always paying me attention albeit his busy work schedule. When I was 6 years old I remember him bringing something home from work. Three tiered and separated by spacers, this box-like thingy was about 18 inches wide and 12 deep, had all sorts of toggles and switches on the top level followed by wires and circuit boards on the bottom two. It seemed quite fancy at the time (very antiquated now), and I was fascinated by all its bells and whistles. My first thoughts were how did it work, and what was it for?

He left the room and came back with two screwdrivers, a Phillips and a flathead. Laying them down next to the strange device, he told me to take it apart and put it back together again to see if I could get it to work. I thought what a strange thing to ask of a 6 year old. How on earth was I going to complete such an odd request? Left alone in the room, I did as I was told.

And it worked.

As proud as I was of myself, I got no reaction from my father. He just looked at me, picked up the circuit board thing and walked away. All that for nothing, and it was just odd.

I have always been mechanically inclined, and I wonder if it had to do with his prompting of such tasks. As a mother myself and looking back on this I find it quite strange for a parent to ask such a young child (especially a girl) to take on something this complicated as I would never have imagined my own daughters completing such a thing at that age. Obviously my father’s brain is wired much differently than mine.

In 1969 he left JPL to work for another company as an electrical engineer, one hour north of Los Angeles in a small town called Newbury Park. We settled into the quiet neighborhood quite nicely, as there were many young families like us on our cul-de-sac. My mother, a Danish immigrant was quite pleased to find that our next door neighbor was Icelandic with two daughters the same ages as me and my sister, and my father seemed to enjoy his new job.

After about two years, my father accepted a position at Northrop which was located directly across the street from his other place of employment. It was during his time there that he began to travel for work, but he was not allowed to tell us where he was going, or what it was he was working on. He worked there for many years, retiring early with a "golden handshake'—I had no idea what that meant, and still don't know if he actually did retire early, or was laid off.  He eventually shared with me that he had worked on the B-2 Stealth program, designing the brains for their missiles.

I was a voracious reader and would often peruse my parents' library of books in my mother’s sewing room. Her selections included the likes of Jacqueline Susann and Erica Jong, but my father’s books hardly suited him. I had no idea who the authors were at the time, but upon reading them I was left with more unanswered questions. Why on earth would a left-brained person be interested in what Edgar Cayce or Carl Jung had to say?

One day he came home and abruptly blurted out that we were no longer allowed to attend church. My Lutheran raised mother had embraced the religion since childhood, carrying on the tradition with her young family here in America. She asked him why he would say such a thing, and he responded that he had become an atheist. I suddenly became very angry as I loved going to church, then ran into my bedroom and slammed the door.

Upon recently reading about Jack Parsons, the cofounder of JPL and his apparent ties to the occult, a Pandora’s box has suddenly been opened. Had my father had been tied to any of this, the black magic that surrounded Parsons and quite possibly (subliminally) the whole of JPL? Before meeting an untimely death on June 17, 1952, Parsons joined and eventually lead the Ordo Templi Orientis, or O.T.O. which was Aleister Crowley’s American lodge of magical order in Pasadena, located just 4 miles from where we lived. Originally modeled after Freemasonry, it might very well have had an influence on the company as well as everything associated with it. Did my father leave JPL because of something that happened there, turning him away from organized religion and God altogether?

I hardly blame my mother for her feelings of alienation from my father after their divorce in 1976. He never seemed the same after that, in fact many years later my mother shared that he had suffered a nervous breakdown after leaving JPL. Needless to say, I was not the least surprised when he told me he had bought a rifle and a boa constrictor, as my mother would have never allowed either one in our home.

From There to Here

                                                                                 

On September 8, 2012 I was invited to be a presenter at Experiencers Speak, a conference in Gorham Maine that focused on experiencers telling their stories about their lifelong abduction experiences.  I never thought that I would even be considered to talk publicly about these things, as those who normally spoke at these events were usually well known authors, scientists, philosophers and those with the letters P, h and D after their names.

I was quite taken aback when I read the roster of fellow speakers which included the likes of Travis Walton, Peter Robbins, Kathleen Marden, Chris Augustin, Todd Sheldon and others.  Although I had finally come to terms with the fact that I was an abductee only a couple of years ago, I decided that it was time to speak publicly about my experiences, and I did so via various radio and television interviews, and by starting a blog.

This past year has proven to be one of change for me, and for that reason I opted to speak before a live audience for the first time in my life.  Although the thought of speaking in front of people face to face was quite horrifying, the fact that my youngest daughter Emily was joining me on my journey gave me much needed peace as she has been so supportive in my "coming out", as has my oldest daughter Elise.

After I had committed myself to this task, an unexpected event happened to me, an event that would change my life forever.  I had been contacted through facebook by a fellow experiencer who had listened to an interview I had done for Whitley Strieber's Dreamland segment for his website unknowncountry, so I accepted his friend request as I do for many experiencers who share their interest in my story in hopes that they will share theirs with me.  Little did I know what fate had in store for me by doing so, but as I have come to learn, fate had nothing to do with it at all.

The day was April 20, 2012, right on the cusp of the ram turning into the month of the bull.  He didn't share much about his experiences with me, but that is pretty normal for most as I know how hard it is to come to terms with them on a personal level, much less share them with a complete stranger.  Believe me—I know all about the baby steps that one needs to take to accept the oddities that are involved in the abduction experience, so I am always very patient with my inquiries about their journeys.

We casually chatted online for a couple of months, and we slowly started sharing our experiences and our journeys from there to here.  He seemed quite nice, and I really enjoyed our conversations as he was very polite and unobtrusive.  We chatted about our families, careers and general life experiences, and I found him to be quite kindred in many ways.  I didn't really give much thought to anything more than an online friendship at that point, as I had many others like him who enjoyed sharing their personal experiences with me for moral support, which I embrace as I realize that this is my path to follow here in this moment.

Since I had just recently ended a long term relationship, I was very cautious as I was still extremely vulnerable, and emotionally tattered.  I had been through so much already in my life, and although I had no idea where I was to go from that point I surrendered to the universe and asked that the next time I was presented with a potential partner to please make it someone who was kindred to me (and I was VERY specific), an experiencer and a parent, as my children are the most important things in the world to me.

I started meditating more frequently as I knew it would help me to stay on my path, and possibly gain some insightful guidance from those who have been with me on my journey here.  I knew to remain open to these messages, and pay attention to them diligently.  My past experiences with meditation proved to me that by doing so I would always be where I am supposed to be at that moment.

One evening while I was working on my book, I received a message from "them" (whom I choose to refer to as my spirit guides) to close my computer, go into the bedroom, turn off the light, sit at the end of the bed facing the armoire and meditate for 15 minutes.  I was so surprised that this message was so specific, but I did as I was told, even though I was deep into my writing that evening.

I sat there for 15 minutes and asked for the message I was being directed to receive, but nothing came.  I was very frustrated with myself as apparently I wasn't open, or I would have received something.  When nothing happened after those very specific 15 minutes had expired, I got up and went back into the living room to resume working on my book.

As I reopened my laptop, I realized that I had lost my focus.  I was now completely sidetracked and decided I would log into Facebook to see what was going on in the land of social media.  No sooner did I log in did that certain gentleman send me an instant message saying hello.  I had a strange feeling at that moment, when I saw his name.  Why was he so familiar to me?  I get many such messages on a daily basis from people I have never personally met, but for some reason he all of a sudden seemed like he was someone I knew personally.  We exchanged hellos, and talked for a bit, but the suspense was killing me, so I clicked on his profile and began to look at his photos to see if I recognized him.

                                                       
The first thing that caught my eye was his cover photo of 3 stunning people.  I asked him who they were, and he told me that they were his children.  I couldn't stop staring at them as they were all so beautiful.  I clicked on his photos, and I still couldn't place his face as someone I had met.  I then came across a photo of a stunning young woman holding a small child.  I asked him if she was his wife whom he had previously told me had passed away many years ago from cancer, and he replied that it was.  I couldn't stop looking at her, and she was looking right back at me!

                                                     
I suddenly began to feel very strange, as if she were looking right at me to tell me something.  I then realized that SHE was the one giving me a message, and it was for him.  I told him this, and that he wasn't going to believe it but I had just finished meditating and I now knew why.  It was her, his wife, who was communicating with me.  I told him that she wanted him to know that she was so proud of him, that she missed him, and that she loved him and was all around him all the time.

There was a brief pause in our communication, and then he wrote back that he really needed to hear that right now as he had been thinking about her all day as it would have been her 50th birthday.  That day was July 7th, so her birthday was in 1962.  I was blown away by all of this, as I have never received a message like this for anyone before, especially from a photograph.  What was also interesting was that day was also one of my best childhood friend's birthday in the same year, and it was also my wedding anniversary in 1984.  I told him this, and he told me that they had been married in August of 1984.

Anyone who knows me, or has read any of my previous blog posts knows that I pay very close attention to synchronicities, so I kept asking more questions as I felt that there was a reason for all of this.  I then asked him how old he was, and he replied that he was also 50, and I replied that I was as well, and so was my ex.  I was now thinking about my next question, which was obviously going to be about his birthdate.  When I asked him he responded with March 26, 1962.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read this, as that is also my exact birthdate.

We were stunned.  He pays very close attention to synchronicities as well, so at that point we proceeded to ask more questions.  As I had felt very kindred to him up to this point, and that there was a strong sense of familiarity on my part, I wondered what this was all about.  The obvious question for me was if I had met him before during one of my experiences, and I asked him to send me some pictures of himself when he was a child, and I did the same.

There was no recognition between us in our earlier childhood photos, but one photo of me when I was in 8th grade in a Halloween costume (dressed as an alien no less) stopped him dead in his tracks.  He recognized me, and started sobbing uncontrollably.  I asked him why he was crying, and he said all he could think was that he was so sorry he couldn't help me.  I was thoroughly baffled at this statement, and he said that he remembers me somehow at that age, and that he was watching something happening to me, and all he could do was watch, but he couldn't help me.

If this is true, and he was with me during one of my abduction experiences, I have no recollection at all about this one in particular which makes me wonder how many more there might be that I haven't recalled.  Is this our connection?  If so, how many more experiences have we had together? We have been trying to unravel this, wracking our brains along the way, and one of the obvious ways of trying to solve this cosmic puzzle would be through hypnosis which I have always been afraid of.  And maybe at the same time what would be retrieved from that might not be important, for what is most important is this, this connection, or reconnection that we have made.

This is only the beginning of what is going to be a very long story to tell, and as I don't want to leave out one detail I am going to write them in chapters.  This is the single most amazing thing that has ever happened to me, for so many reasons, and I am thrilled that I may be finally coming closer to finding out the answers to many of the questions I've had regarding my experiences, and my journey here.
